RETURN POLICY
Nate's Garage Toy Soldiers return policy is once the item has been processed the sale is final. No returns.

At this time we are not doing any international shipping.

Please check your spam or trash folder if you cannot see our email in the inbox.

Wrong Order:
If the order is incorrect, we apologize. Please contact us through email, include a picture of what was sent and SKU number from the invoice. Once reviewed, we will send you a shipping label to send the incorrect item(s) back, and then send the correct order.

Lost or Stolen Package:
If you believe your order has become lost or stolen, please wait at least 4-5 more business days for a possible late delivery. If it does not show up after waiting, contact us the postal service used to try and locate your package. A claim will be made to the courier that was delivering your package.
